give a little...

RUNA's contributions to relay events have been LIFE-CHANGING.

This time, RUNA was out there supporting RUNATIC fans as part of the AMERICAN HEART ASSOCIATION for raising money towards a cure for heart disease.

By sharing our healthy guayusa tea with communities, RUNA hopes to continue to support ongoing family-oriented fundraising events to search for a cure for better lives.

With much love from the Boston RUNA Team

FACTS ABOUT RUNA
HOW DO YOU TURN THIS DOWN?

All the caffeine is well balanced because of all the antixidants which means NO JITTERS, NO CRASH, SMOOTH FOCUSED AND CLEAN ENERGY

RUNA HAS NO TANNIS - TANNIS IS WHAT MAKES THINGS BITTER! WHICH MEANS GUAYUSA IS NATURALLY SMOOTH AND SWEET!

runa can be cold brewed or hot brewed and the longer you steep - the sweeter it gets!

ITS ALL ORGANIC

What is a demo anyway?

So as part of the Runa team we are super into demoing our product in the stores were already in - because sometimes people have to really have Runa in their face to open their eyes up to its awesomeness!!!!

I personally do demos all over north of Boston. Rali, Emilie, Mary and Linh are more in the city as well as events around the city and outside of it.

So be sure to check us out come by and talk to us when we're there! Don't know where we are? Check out runa.org/storelocater to find where Runa is near you - and maybe we'll be there! If not - just ask!!!

What does your family look like?

When I started at orientation for Runa in New York all the interns and some of the Brooklyn team did an early morning guayusa tea ceremony.  It was beautiful.  We sat around in the bright sunlight of 6 am in New York city and sat in silence.  Tyler (co-founder) said our theme was family, so if a story compelled someone to speak about their family please do so.  Everyone shared beautiful stories about their family, about their tea and family and it showed a little bit of the journeys of how we all got to be part of the Runa family.

I spoke about how wherever I was, whatever was going on if I called my mom she would always calm me down or comfort me by saying, "It's okay just make yourself a cup of tea and start that paper" or "Don't worry about it go sit with your girlfriends and make yourself a cup of tea."

Tea can bring families together and create new ones.

Check out how Runa tea has brought this Boston family together. We're from all over the world: Boston, north of Boston, west of Boston, Vietnam, South Africa, New York City, Chicago with roots and interests all over the world with many different journeys in life.  But Runa made us a Boston family:

From left: Dave, Mary, Emilie, Brianna, Rali and Linh. (missing: Sol)

Want to know more about our family? Just ask!

What does your family look like? Share with us a brilliant tea story about your family - doesn't have to be a traditional family! How has Runa brought you closer to people?
